Terms of use
A practical tool, provided as-is.
Effective August 9, 2026
By using AuditLibre, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public beta
AuditLibre is a free public beta. Features may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of audit content, for reviewing reports before relying on them, and for maintaining current backup ZIP files. You are also responsible for protecting exported backups, PDFs, photos, coordinates, and other information according to its sensitivity.
Not certification or professional advice
AuditLibre is a documentation tool. It does not certify compliance, guarantee that an inspection is complete, or replace professional inspection, safety judgment, regulatory guidance, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse AuditLibre, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
Third-party map services
Optional map backgrounds and map links are provided by third-party services. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, not AuditLibre.
Service changes
AuditLibre may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. When practical, important changes will be communicated on the public site. Keeping an independent backup remains your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AuditLibre and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost records, revenue, or opportunity; or decisions made using the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so portions of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
